Pelindo Digital Solutions Or ILCS Improves Terminal Services Through Parama Implementation at IPC TPK Palembang




JAKARTA INDONESIA (MPN News) - PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS) or Pelindo Solusi Digital officially expanded the implementation of Parama, a digital-based customer portal application in Palembang which began going live on November 17, 2025. This step is part of the Pelindo Group's digitalization acceleration strategy which aims to increase the speed, transparency, and ease of logistics services at port terminals.


Parama is designed as an integrated digital platform that makes it easier for customers to access container terminal services more effectively. In addition to providing terminal application services, container status, cashless payments, and document tracking, Parama also comes equipped with superior features such as container tracking and berthing schedule information without requiring a login. Customers can also take advantage of the multipayment feature that allows up to 25 transactions simultaneously without the need for separate requests, as well as view container movement history in real-time.


As a commitment to meeting user needs, Parama now also offers new features such as handling requests and changing the Port of Destination (POD) before gate entry. This innovation further enhances service flexibility and terminal operational efficiency.


Alvin Timothius, Container Terminal Solution Development Manager at Pelindo Solusi Digital, stated that the implementation of Parama at IPC TPK Palembang reinforces Pelindo Group's digital transformation efforts in delivering modern logistics services. "Parama not only offers easy transactions and tracking, but also provides customers with full control over their container service processes. This demonstrates our support for transparent, fast, and customer-oriented service governance," he said.


Previously, IPC TPK Palembang Area, together with Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang and Pelindo Solusi Digital, held a Customer Portal (Parama) Socialization & Training event in October 2025. This activity was attended by representatives of Pelindo Regional 2 management, customers, and the IPC TPK Palembang operational team. The training aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of Parama's features and benefits in supporting port business processes.
