JAKARTA INDONESIA (MPN News) - PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk. (IDX: IPCC) as an entity under the management of Pelindo Multi Terminal Sub Holding which focuses on the main business of the Port in the field of non-container/multipurpose cargo and the only public company in this non-container business cluster, received an investor visit (company visit) from Sinarmas Sekuritas and Bahana Sekuritas which took place at the IPCC Head Office and Jakarta Branch, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, to directly observe the business processes and operational activities of the company.

On this occasion, representatives from both securities companies visited the vehicle terminal area and received an explanation of the IPCC's role in supporting the national automotive industry supply chain. The event, which was attended by IPCC President Director Sugeng Mulyadi and IPCC Director of Human Resources, Finance, and Risk Management Wing Megantoro, as well as representatives from Sinarmas Sekuritas and Bahana, served as a medium for information exchange and strategic communication between IPCC and capital market players to build a broader understanding of IPCC's role in the vehicle logistics sector.

The activity began with a field visit to directly observe the business processes at the IPCC Jakarta Branch terminal and then continued with an in-depth explanation of the company profile, operational activities, and the strategic direction of IPCC's future business development in strengthening integrated vehicle logistics services.

The session also discussed the company's financial and operational performance, as well as its risk management efforts to maintain stability and sustainability. The event continued with an open and interactive question-and-answer session and discussion. IPCC management engaged in dialogue with securities representatives regarding the prospects of the vehicle logistics business, strategic collaboration opportunities, and the evolving dynamics of the automotive industry. This exchange of views provided a space and opportunity for the IPCC to expand and strengthen its relationships with capital market players.

"As part of the vehicle logistics ecosystem, IPCC consistently provides information transparency to the public to instill confidence in investors. Furthermore, in conducting our business, we remain focused on business sustainability and growth to ensure we can compete in global and international markets," said Sugeng.

The visit by Sinarmas Sekuritas and Bahana Sekuritas is part of the IPCC's commitment to maintaining transparency, strengthening investor confidence, and building ongoing communication with stakeholders in the capital market. With open access to information and strong synergy between industry and financial institutions, the IPCC is optimistic that this step will strengthen corporate governance and support the achievement of sustainable performance. Through ongoing collaboration, the IPCC strives to provide added value to its partners, customers, and the Indonesian automotive industry as a whole.

"2025 will be a challenging year, especially with the emergence of the electric automotive market, which will impact IPCC's revenue growth. Furthermore, efficient financial management makes IPCC increasingly attractive to investors," Wing said.

Through this activity, IPCC hopes to build ongoing communication and strengthen public trust in the company's role as a trusted provider of vehicle logistics services oriented towards sustainable growth. "The increasingly close collaboration and communication between IPCC and its shareholders, including public investors, is a sign of our efforts to provide transparency of information and provide added value that differentiates IPCC from other issuers," concluded Endah Dwi Liesly, IPCC Corporate Secretary.

For the second time, the Bali Maritime Tourism Hub (BMTH) at Benoa Harbor, Bali, was designated as one of the main destinations in the Sail to Indonesia trip series this year. The welcoming event took place on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 and was attended by yachters from various countries around the world.

In addition to being an  international market sounding event  to introduce the potential of Indonesian marinas , Sail to Indonesia  2025 is also expected to have a multiplier effect on the tourism sector, local MSMEs, and improve national logistics and maritime connectivity. This is a concrete manifestation of the SOE's commitment to providing inclusive economic benefits to the surrounding community, in line with the spirit of  '4mplify Unity, 4ccelerate Prosperity,'"  he said.

Australian yachtsman Rob shared his positive impressions of his visit to BMTH. "The experience of sailing and staying at BMTH was incredible.
